Since our tutus are custom made to fit and I personally hand make
them those are items that cannot be returned, personalised t -shirts also cannot be returned
( ie items that have been customised with your childs name or designs such as hotfix diamantes or appliques
items that have been worn or tags/stickers removed are also non returnable
for obvious reasons however I am certain that you will be 100% pleased with your purchase !
Any returns of other goods not listed as non returnable must be returned within
7 days of purchase with no tags removed or signs of wear and tear and
postage costs are your repsonsiblity all
refunds will be compensated when I have received
your returned item.
return item postage costs must be covered by you
and postage is deducted from your refund
I suggest if returning an item you purchase shipping insurance
or obtain proof of postage as if the item is lost or stolen in transit
I hold no responsibility or liablity for the item and am under no obligation
to refund an item which you did not purchase proof of postage or insurance for.

For customised items such as tutus please email me with your
childs measurments for tutus please measure from your childs waist or hips
(depending on where you prefer the tutu to sit) and measure from waist to where you want the tutu
to sit ie above the knee or below or shorter
